The view when I woke up.
We spent our morning reading and relaxing.
Abi was still tired.
Georgia was ready to go.
Abi eventually found a book to read.
We were given a schedule of events. We wanted to see the Whaling Boat races and more games.
We walked along the beach on our way to the games.
All the gravel is brought in. There isn't gravel in Barrow. The sand is a dark ocean floor sand.
And there's still ice out there.

One of the Inupiat values is humor. I still can't believe that I did a 3 legged race with a stranger. I had so much fun and came in 4th place. Next year my partner and I are going for first place.
Abi did the tug of war with a group of girls. It was 10 and over girls vs. boys.
