There are two internet companies in Barrow. ASTAC and GCI. GCI is faster but you have a limit to how much you can download. ASTAC is slower but there's no limit to how much you can download. We decided to get ASTAC cell phone, DSL and home phone service. The two ladies that signed us up were very nice and helpful.
The tech came today to set up the internet and our wifi. Unfortunately, he couldn't do it with our belkin router. We had to go get a netgear router. It was drama for about 2 hours. Our neighbor had to come over and help us.
Now all we need is a computer desk. The computer can't stay on the dining table for much longer.
