Contrary to popular opinion, I enjoy cooking and baking. I love making sweet rolls as much as I love eating them. Today while looking through the AC ad I found a recipe for sweet rolls. It inspired me to do some baking. The recipe made about 28 rolls total. I'm going to freeze some for later. I didn't have any confectioner's sugar or cream cheese for the icing. I had some vanilla cake icing that might just work. I'll let you know how it goes. We are going to eat some now, freeze some for later and share some with the people at our church. :)
Your eyes are not deceiving you, those prices are correct. A 5lb bag of flour is on sale for $4 and a 10 lb bag of sugar is on sale for $10.
I have a very crowded counter top. My kitchen is super tiny. It is the tiniest kitchen there is, but my permanent apartment has a larger open concept kitchen/living room space.
This is one of many pans that were waiting to go into the oven.
